Change Agents are YCDI’s youth leaders — passionate, creative, and committed to using technology for good. This program empowers young people to build skills, step into leadership, and create real change in their schools, communities, and the wider Caribbean.

Change Agents begin with leadership development that goes beyond theory. Through workshops, guided practice, and mentorship, you’ll build confidence in skills like Agile, Design Thinking, and AI. Along the way, you’ll connect with like-minded youth and professionals, creating a network that supports you as you grow.

You’ll design and deliver interactive learning experiences, support digital skill-building, and bring YCDI’s programs to life in schools, communities, and online.
