About the Event
In celebration of International Girls in ICT Day, YCDI presents #iamWITy.
#iamWITy is a tech immersive competition for high school and university female students who will come together in teams to create a solution around this year’s theme:
DIGITAL INCLUSION USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The team participants will have a unique opportunity to have a mentor to support their ideation alongside weekly online workshops,over a four week period, between March 23- April 17,2020 in preparation for the competition finals on April 23, 2020.
The four learning tracks will be
- Providing access to information with chatbots
- Authenticity and integrity with blockchain
- Seeing the world with image recognition and machine learning
