Our Story
YCDI began with one big idea: youth don’t just belong in the digital world — they should be leading it, and it’s mindset that drives how they lead, create, and adapt. When the right mindset is nurtured, young people move from being consumers of tech to creators of change. That’s the spark behind YCDI: unlocking possibilities and preparing youth to thrive as digital leaders.

Who We Are
We champion Caribbean youth, ages 18–24 — the dreamers, the doers, the ones ready to reimagine what’s possible. From students just starting their journey to young adults stepping into careers or entrepreneurship, YCDI is their launchpad. We also team up with schools, communities, and partners who know that when youth are empowered, they don’t just change their own path — they change the world around them.
